What Is The Cost Of The Service?We charge no listing fees. We also provide free image hosting and will feature your product within its category for free as well! Go ahead and post the listing of the item(s) for purchase, it costs you nothing. If your purchase request is successful, and you choose to go forward with your purchase, the negotiator commission is 2% to 5%, depending on the total sale of your purchase.
Are There Any Hidden Fees?No, absolutely not. See the service fees here.
I Don't Find Any Supplier In My CategoryDon't worry, our team of negotiators are devoted to save you money and will bring as many suppliers as possible to your listing. This way, competition is fair and prices can go down. If you want to recommend a favorite supplier to join our community, you can use the Tell-a-Friend form or contact us
Do I Need A Credit Card Or Bank Account To Join?Yes, you will need either a credit card or bank account in order to participate in buying part of the reverse auction process. However, you must be 18 years of age or older and consent to our registration terms and conditions. Please beware that all instances of fraud are reported without hesitation to the IFCC (a division of the FBI) for possible investigation.
Why Am I Unable To Log-in Even Though I Have Registered?After registering, an email is delivered to the email address you provided. To finalize your registration, you must confirm your registration. Either enter the registration code provided or click the URL address in the email you received. If you are having trouble remaining logged in, it is typically a COOKIES issue. COOKIES are data packets stored on your computer. Check your browser settings. You should enable sending/receiving cookies or else you will not be remembered and you will be prompted to re-login on nearly every page of our website. I Forgot My Password. How Do I Retrieve It? You can retrieve your password and have it sent to the email address with which you registered by clicking here. What Happens If The Wiser Steward's System Breaks Down In The Middle Of A Listing?Wiser Steward is responsible and the listing will restart from the beginning. When the problem is resolved, we'll notify everybody in a timely manner. The supplier may not provide the same offer again. Even if no data was lost, the sellers will have to bid again to ensure even proposals.
What Happens If The Supplier's System Breaks Down In The Middle Of An Auction?The supplier may lose having the best offer on a listing. It is his responsibility to insure a proper internet connection and stable system during the time of the listing.
