What do you need to purchase?
Anything from children’s VBS material, sanctuary lighting equipment or lawn service can be purchased through your Wiser Steward Post Wanted Ad tool.
Free Request Features
- Add Pictures - Post a picture of your desired purchase to let sellers know exactly what you would like to purchase.

Time Frame - Create a listing that ends in one day or 90 days – it’s up to you. We have found the more time you give suppliers, the more competition you will have, producing a greater savings to you.

Target Price – Stay within budget. By setting a target price, you let our negotiators know what your allowance is for a particular purchase.

How do I reach my target price?
Once a request has been created and posted, an email notification is automatically sent to all sellers within your specific category. The sellers can then respond to your listing by giving you their best offer. Since anyone is able to see the current selling price, competition is created in order to capture your business.
Free Listing Features

Transparent Activity - All suppliers can see exactly what you want, and how much their competition is selling their product for. Competition gives you the largest savings.

Notifications – Automatic email notifications are sent to all participants of the product request informing them when a price has been left, when another supplier has left a better offer, as well as when the listing is complete.

Leave an Offer - Any registered seller is allowed to participate in bidding at no cost to the supplier.

Was your request successful?
After your listing is complete, you have 48 hours to decide if the lowest price fits within your budget. Upon paying your dues, we will send you the contact information of the lowest priced seller so that you may contact them to complete your purchase.
